I had a pleasant time at the hotel. the room design was nice with a great steamer for clothes, and I appreciated the clean bathroom even if the air fresheners were a bit too strong. Plus, Jocks & Jills across the street has fantastic burgers!

The outdoor atmosphere stands out, with cozy fire pits and a communal bar area that encourages mingling. The shuttle service to the airport makes it super convenient for catchin' flights without a fuss.

The air conditioning unit left a lot to be desired. it was overly loud and oddly placed, blowing directly at the bed. Stains on the seating in public areas made it feel less than inviting, and the shower floor had seen better days, creating a clumsy layout overall. Cleaning products lingered in the air, overpowering any chance of freshening up the space. The lack of adequate ventilation left me with a headache. can’t open windows and all.

So first off the staff were friendly and welcoming which always helps and I was pleasantly surprised to find the hotel was centrally located making it easy to get around and enjoy ourselves we had a great time at the fire pits just sitting and having a cigar

The hotel had a nice atmosphere. I appreciated the staff who were welcoming and offered help whenever I needed it. I enjoyed the American breakfast options, which varied each morning. On one occasion, I had the chance to relax by the outdoor pool, which was a great way to unwind during my stay.

I encountered issues with the air conditioning. It was loud and positioned in a way that made it uncomfortable while lying in bed. Also, the seating in the common areas was stained, making it uninviting to use.

I really enjoyed the cozy environment and the delicious breakfast options. The outdoor swimming pool and sun loungers were perfect for unwinding. We did notice a lack of washcloths in the room, but it didn't spoil our fun at all. 😊

The modern decor created a fresh and inviting atmosphere. The dog-friendly policy allowed me to travel with my pet comfortably.

i had such a nice stay at aloft! the location was perfect, just a short drive from the airport. my room was clean, comfortable, and the walk-in shower was a highlight. the friendly staff greeted us with smiles and were always responsive. guests loved the outdoor pool, which was great for unwinding.

i celebrated my anniversary here and was blown away. the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, exceeding my previous experience in charlotte. the room was cozy and had a fantastic walk-in shower that made our stay memorable.
